1st feedback:The other problem are the two straps from the shoulder pads that are hanging loose, and often get tangled in the wheels. I have to remember to wrap them before taking off so they don't hang loose as they do by default. This needs to have a design pass so they lock somewhere in place.

2nd feedback:thank you for the tip about using the rubber bands (what we called elastic loops) on the hanging straps. I hadn't noticed them, I wonder if it's common oversight. If it's common, one suggestion is to have these rubber bands be a different color so they're more easily noticeable.

For the 1st feedback: Regarding the potential risk of the straps getting entangled in the bike's rear wheel, each strap comes with an elastic loop designed to secure any excess length, preventing it from drooping and making contact with the rear wheel.

For the 2nd feedback: The suggestion regarding the visibility of the loop is great. We have switched the black elastic loops to light gray ones to enhance their visibility. In the future, we will design specific loops that are more aesthetically pleasing and aligned with our brand.

installation of the parts under the saddle is too complicated

EasiCyco made two upgrades:
1. Redesigned for fewer screws, making installation easier.
2. Changed the material from steel to aluminum.

The connector button is hard to press.

During the trial stage, we received reports from some users that the clamp connector button feels a bit difficult to press.

To address this, we have provided a specific solution in the user manual:
“Press the button on the clamp connector to pull the support rod out of the connector. Note: The support rod can be pulled out easily when it reaches the end of the connector; therefore, users should push the backpack toward the seat post until it can move no more before pressing the button on the connector.”

Please kindly note: Push the rod to the end before pressing the button.

Is the Easicyco deficiencies system compatible with a "D-fuse" saddle on Giant bikes? (round tube with a "flattened" side)

Indeed, the current version was developed for round seatposts. We appreciate that some users with non-round seatposts (e.g., D-shape or aero posts) are trying it out.

However, we want to remind you:
Non-round seatposts may result in a smaller contact area, especially for carbon posts. Please be very cautious when tightening the screws—use the thicker rubber pads and keep the torque below 4 Nm (possibly even less).

For D-shape seatposts, which are close to a round shape, the current design is likely compatible. However, aero posts require a special design that is currently under development. Due to the various shapes, we expect to release it by the end of this year or early next year. We will offer a free replacement for customers who have already purchased, with only the shipping costs to be covered.
