Non-round seatposts (such as aero seatposts) require additional functional accessories.
Dual-rail saddle+Sufficient installation space
No, this backpack uses a unique Penta-lock five-point system. Once installed, it’s completely secure even on bumpy roads at high speed. For most daily use, the three-point lock is already stable enough.
No, this backpack is designed for stability. It stays securely on the bike, hugs the rider’s body, aligns with the center of gravity, and is barely noticeable while riding. Even fully loaded, it doesn’t affect stability, ensuring safe riding.
The backpack’s standard maximum load is 15 kg, suitable for daily use. In static extreme tests, it has successfully supported over 80 kg.
Yes, the backpack uses water-repellent fabric with an IPX5 rating and comes with a dedicated rain cover for extra protection. We are also developing a fully waterproof version for extreme conditions.
Installation only needs to be done once and takes about 10–20 minutes. A user guide and toolkit are included, so no additional tools are required.
Mounting the backpack on the bike takes about 10 seconds, and removing it takes less than 10 seconds. It’s quick, easy, and effortless.
Yes, it is compatible, but our dedicated non-round seatpost accessory is required and sold separately. It is compatible with most non-round seatposts. Please refer to the non-round seatpost accessory product page for details.
When using the EasiCyco backpack, since it occupies space behind the saddle, we recommend the front-straddle method for easy mounting and dismounting. You can refer to the tutorial for guidance.
The backpack has a dedicated laptop compartment measuring 39×27×1.5 cm, fitting standard 16-inch laptops. The compartment also features thick padding and scratch-resistant velvet lining.
1. Yes, it is compatible with carbon seatposts. Please ensure that the tightening torque does not exceed 4 Nm when installing seatpost-mounted accessories. When used as intended and within the recommended load limits, it is designed to operate safely with carbon seatposts.
Yes, it can be removed. When the floating function is not needed, the internal support system can be easily taken out from the bottom of the backpack, allowing it to be used as a regular backpack.
It only adds a minimal amount of weight—approximately 140g. We also include protective pads with the accessories to help prevent scratches on your bike.
Not at all. Our product is designed based on installation clearance rather than rider height. When installing, simply ensure there is about 1.5 inches of space between the tire and the bottom of the backpack.
Yes, it is compatible with different shapes of aero seatposts. However, we recommend using our dedicated adapter for non-round seatposts. Without it, there may be a slight reduction in stability compared to round posts, but it will not affect overall riding control.
If a fixed rear light is already installed on the seatpost, there is indeed a possibility that it may be partially blocked by the bag. To address this, we have designed a dedicated webbing strap on the lower front of the bag for attaching a rear light.
We recommend using a quick-release rear light, or alternatively, keeping an additional light mounted on the bag itself to ensure visibility and safety during night riding.
Multi-Purpose Backpack
Designed with multiple compartments and well-organized storage spaces, this backpack is ideal for users who value organization. Whether for daily commuting or travel, it helps keep all your belongings neatly arranged and easy to access.
Roll-Top Backpack
Featuring a stylish roll-top design, this backpack offers a larger overall capacity, making it perfect for carrying bulkier items or longer trips. Compared to the multi-purpose version, it has fewer compartments and focuses more on flexible, open storage space.

We use a two-stage adjustable extension design, allowing flexible length adjustment to fit different saddle positions.
I used the bag for the first time as a substitute for panniers on an Erie Canal Ride from Syracuse, NY to Fultonville, NY. I chose to limit the amount I was carrying by using a hotel instead of camping. With such a minimal loadout the bag handled everything very well. I had no serious issue mounting the bike with the pack on the back. I'm 62, male, 205 lbs and 5' 10' and not as flexible as I should/could be and still had no issues.
I do have two questions about the bag, though. There is a wire structure in the bag but the upper part of that structure doesn't appear to be attached to anything. Is it supposed to be inserted into something to create rigidity? Also, and I know for a fact this is my fault, the extra seat post strap seems to have disappeared. If it is possible to get a replacement, I'll pay for it. I'm sure I'm responsible for misplacing it.
Wow, that sounds like an amazing journey! We’re so happy to hear that our product was able to accompany you on such a memorable ride. It’s truly our honor!
Regarding the two questions you mentioned:
First, yes, the backpack does come with a metal support structure inside. It is designed to keep the front of the backpack more structured and upright, giving it a better shape and appearance.
Second, about the extra seat post strap that you mentioned is missing — no worries! We’d be happy to provide you with a replacement. We’ll send you a private message with the details and arrange it for you.
Thank you again for sharing your experience and for your support of EasiCyco!
Hi, fitted my floating Backpack and everything is great. The problem is my Cycle has front and rear suspension. As soon as I sit on my Saddle the Backpack touches my rear wheel. I have fitted it to the max height fitting near my Saddle but still touching the rear wheel. I will have to fit it to my second Cycle which has no rear suspension system. Shame as I wanted it for my first Cycle.
Hi, thank you very much for supporting EasiCyco!
Yes, if the available space on the seat post is limited, using EasiCyco on a bike with a rear suspension system may cause the backpack to come into contact with the rear wheel, especially when the suspension compresses after sitting on the saddle.
If you install it on your second bike without rear suspension, it should work perfectly.
For EasiCyco 2.0, we have improved the support bar design with a much larger tilt angle. This means even on bikes with suspension systems and limited installation space, the backpack will have more clearance and avoid rubbing against the rear wheel.
When EasiCyco 2.0 is available, we’d also be happy to offer you an exclusive discount as a thank you for your support and feedback.
Bag is great. I 3d printed my own mount for a 13cm aero seat post which uses the supplied screws in addition to an opening to add a double sided Velcro for enhanced attachment. I didn't want to spend for the other mount in case it incompatible. There should be an option for standard vs custom mounting bracket at checkout.
Wow, your design looks amazing! We really appreciate this special design you created for EasiCyco!
Based on your unique idea and your support for EasiCyco, we’d love to provide you with one of our custom seat post adapter accessories completely free of charge. There will be no cost to you.
Although your 3D-printed solution is very creative, we would still recommend using our official accessory, as it has been thoroughly tested to provide better safety, stability, and long-term reliability.
We hope this accessory will bring you an even better riding experience. Thank you again for sharing your creative idea with us!
Love this product! Had a small defect on one of the bars that slides out and hooks to the seat post. Company sent out a replacement. This is my second backpack from them.
Great idea but makes bicycle unstable it wobbles from side to side even with all the attachments connected to it.
Thank you very much for your feedback. Real user experiences are very valuable to us.
Some movement is normal because our backpack uses a combination of rigid and flexible connections. The fabric material also allows slight movement of the items inside. This is more noticeable when pushing or shaking the bike, but during normal riding, the impact on handling is much smaller.
We have tested different loads and compared it with traditional rear bags, and many riders found that the suspended design provides a better riding experience. You can also check our Sea Otter Classic interview video on our social media.
Of course, every rider and bike setup is different. We’re sorry if this caused any inconvenience. We recommend trying it with different loads and road conditions, then sharing your experience with us. We’ll do our best to help. 🙏
