No, this backpack uses a unique Penta-lock five-point system. Once installed, it’s completely secure even on bumpy roads at high speed. For most daily use, the three-point lock is already stable enough.
No, this backpack is designed for stability. It stays securely on the bike, hugs the rider’s body, aligns with the center of gravity, and is barely noticeable while riding. Even fully loaded, it doesn’t affect stability, ensuring safe riding.
The backpack’s standard maximum load is 15 kg, suitable for daily use. In static extreme tests, it has successfully supported over 80 kg.
Yes, the backpack uses water-repellent fabric with an IPX5 rating and comes with a dedicated rain cover for extra protection. We are also developing a fully waterproof version for extreme conditions.

1. Yes, it is compatible with carbon seatposts. Please ensure that the tightening torque does not exceed 4 Nm when installing seatpost-mounted accessories. When used as intended and within the recommended load limits, it is designed to operate safely with carbon seatposts.
Yes, it can be removed. When the floating function is not needed, the internal support system can be easily taken out from the bottom of the backpack, allowing it to be used as a regular backpack.
It only adds a minimal amount of weight—approximately 140g. We also include protective pads with the accessories to help prevent scratches on your bike.
Not at all. Our product is designed based on installation clearance rather than rider height. When installing, simply ensure there is about 1.5 inches of space between the tire and the bottom of the backpack.
Yes, it is compatible with different shapes of aero seatposts. However, we recommend using our dedicated adapter for non-round seatposts. Without it, there may be a slight reduction in stability compared to round posts, but it will not affect overall riding control.
If a fixed rear light is already installed on the seatpost, there is indeed a possibility that it may be partially blocked by the bag. To address this, we have designed a dedicated webbing strap on the lower front of the bag for attaching a rear light.
We recommend using a quick-release rear light, or alternatively, keeping an additional light mounted on the bag itself to ensure visibility and safety during night riding.

I decided to give this city bike backpack a real test — took it with me on a 250 km bikepacking trip.
And it honestly didn’t let me down!
It attaches to the bike very easily, stays secure, and nothing moves around even on long distances.
Plus, it looks great, which is also important to me .
Another big advantage — you can wash it after trips without any problems.
Overall, I’m really happy with the quality and comfort, so I can truly recommend it.

The bag is mostly ok. I don’t know what is the actual volume but you can enter a lot inside the bag. For the record I can fit my lunch bag mesurement of 5’’x8.5’’x11’’ with 5 polos, 5 t-shirt, 5 pairs of socks and 5 underware. I can also fit an Ipad and small tools for any repaire.
I measure 5’ 5’’ and the fixture for the bag on the seat post is thight.
The stability is very good but the shoulder strap are not easy to secure during the riding process.
This is my sixth commute bag in the past 7 years and I would place this in third place.

The bag’s mounting rod fails to lock into the slot. I use an extended saddle and position it all the way back, creating a large gap between the seat post and the rear end of the saddle. Even when the rod is fully extended, attachment is tricky, especially when the backpack is packed full. It would mount seamlessly if the rod were longer or angled differently.
I contacted support to request a refund over this fit issue. The team told me they could process a full refund anytime, but offered a far better solution instead: they custom-made an extra-long mounting rod just for me! I’ve received it now, and it works perfectly. It’s rare to find a brand that goes out of its way to solve customers’ problems. Well-deserved five stars!

The seatpost fitting is not long enough, I can't put my computer in the compartment reserved for it because the bag has to bend over the bench for me to clip it. Otherwise, it's nice not to have a bag on my back.

Our support rod actually has two extension levels. If you haven't already, please try pulling it out to the second level, as this usually provides additional clearance and may solve the issue.

Absolutely in love! I got the roll top version of the floating backpack and it’s perfect for my commute. I ride 13.5 miles and gain 1500 ft of elevation to get to work. The one tip I have is to test the positioning on your bike with a loaded bag. I’d tested it with an empty bag and had to abort my first attempt because my bag rubbed against my rear tire. Once I fixed it that night and tried the next morning, it was amazing! I actually couldn’t feel it behind me going up some fairly steep hills. Absolutely excellent set up! I love that I can remove the bag and still use my bike on non work days without the extra weight. Extremely impressed!!

The backpack is of good quality and it does exactely what it is advertised.The backpack is overall heavy when loaded so I will see for how long it holds.

Using it for my daily commute! I carry my work laptop, lunch box, clothes, and some cycling tools. Very stable platform and no issues with weight & balance. Would be nice to have some more zippered compartments on the inside. A little better strap management is needed and some rounded surfaces on the metal parts to make seating the seat post bar easier.

Super nice to not ride with a backpack on as I have done for years of commuting to work. I feel like my Strava sections are generally faster because my body isn’t storing all that generated heat between my back and my pack.
The pack looks good and the mechanism appears to be pretty solid (I’ve rode about 6 times with it so far). I just today forgot to put the telescoping mount back into its closed position and swung the bag to my back only to feel the pleasure of near impalement. It was my bad.
The bag itself holds everything I bring regularly to work. Change of clothes, shoes, keys, my container of aminos.
It secure on the mount…. But the mount is the reason for the 4 not 5 stars.
The mount is bulky. It’s positioned ideally according to the recommended position from the manufacturer but my thighs rub up against it during the downstroke, especially when I’m seated further back on the saddle.
For reference, I’m 5’8” and 165 lbs looking like Michelangelo’s David, I ride a gravel bike sized 51 with the saddle positioned slightly further back. So that may be the reason for the thigh rub?
Something to consider, but I like it. Looks better than saddle bags (panniers look so lame). I hope the bracket doesn’t wreck my carbon post or my pricey bibs from the thigh rub.

Had a bit of hard time putting the belt under the seat, the drawing info (images)not that clear to interpret, I wish you guys had put a visual video of how to assemble not just the inside box and Velcro but also the seat straps.
When the bag is full, and the extension to the max , even with the extra safety straps, it still feel a bit wobbly.
but really nice to not have to carry bag on my shoulders anymore.

Ich habe den Rucksack nun seit guten 3 Wochen in Nutzung. Ich nutze ihn täglich, da ich ihn am Gravelbike jeden Tag auf dem Weg zur Arbeit brauche. Vorher hatte ich einige andere Systeme, aber dieses ist zumindest für mich bislang das beste. Es passt viel hinein und er hat auch einen guten Regenschutz. Alles in allem 5 Sterne!
